Administrative and Family Ministries Director to provide both leadership and organizational support. This role is evenly divided between:
Family Ministries – Building relationships with children, youth, and families; equipping and supporting volunteers; and fostering a strong, intergenerational church community.
Church Administration – Managing day-to-day operations, communications, scheduling, and ensuring church systems run smoothly.
The ideal candidate has a heart for ministry, strong organizational skills, and experience in leadership, discipleship, or administration. Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
