Administrative and Family Ministries Director
Thank you for considering the position of Administrative and Family Ministries Director at our church! We are excited about the possibility of welcoming someone with your passion and skillset to our team. This unique full-time role is evenly divided between supporting and developing family ministries and managing administrative operations to help our church run smoothly.
About the Role
The Family Ministries portion of this role focuses on building relationships, providing support, and fostering a sense of community among children, teens, families, and volunteers. Rather than leading youth group directly, this position is about equipping and supporting leaders while helping to create a cohesive and thriving family ministry.
The Administrative side of the role involves coordinating church communications, managing office operations, and supporting church leadership to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with:
-
A deep personal faith in Christ and a heart for serving families.
-
Experience in leadership, discipleship, or mentorship (whether in a church, ministry, or other setting).
-
Strong administrative and organizational skills to support church operations.
-
A passion for building community and equipping volunteers to thrive.
-
Spanish language skills are a plus, or comfort with translation technology is appreciated.
If you have experience in either family ministry or administration—or both—and feel called to serve in a role that blends vision casting, leadership development, and practical church operations, we encourage you to apply!
